All Seasons Artificial wants every customer to be able to browse and buy from this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted benchmark for making web content usable by people with a broad range of disabilities.

Where we stand

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are actively working on the parts that do not. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a one-time project, and we review the site as we make changes.

Known limitations

• Some product photography and older marketing pages may carry image descriptions that are less detailed than we would like. We improve these as pages are updated.
• The payment form at checkout is provided by our payment processor, Braintree, and is partly outside our direct control. If you have trouble completing payment, please contact us and we will take your order over the phone.
• Some third-party content, such as embedded video, may not be fully accessible.

If you run into a barrier on this site — anything you cannot see, reach, or operate — please tell us. Include the page address and what went wrong, and we will respond and work with you to get you what you need.

We aim to respond within five business days. If you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, contact us and we will complete the order with you directly.

How we test

We test with automated accessibility checks as part of our build process, and manually with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software.
