All Seasons Artificial sells artificial trees, wreaths, and seasonal decor. We aim to earn your business with good products at fair prices, delivered on time - not by collecting information about you. This policy describes what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is short because our practices are simple.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver our products:

• Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number - to process, ship, and support your order
• Purchase, return, and exchange information - so we can help when you contact us about an order
• Payment card details - handled entirely by our payment processor; the full card number is never stored on our servers. If you choose to save a card for next time, we keep only the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiration date
• How you use our site - pages visited, search terms, and general device and browser information (including IP address) - to keep the site fast, secure, and working well, and for analytics where you have consented

That is the complete list. We do not collect driver’s license numbers, precise location, demographics, photos, or anything else beyond what your order requires. If you choose not to provide information we need, we may not be able to complete your order.

How we collect it

Almost everything comes directly from you: when you place an order, create an account, save an address or a card, write a review, ask to be emailed when an item is back in stock, or call or email us. A small amount is collected automatically as you browse - the standard technical information any website receives, such as pages requested and browser type - and, only if you accept them, analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To process, ship, and support your orders, including order confirmations and delivery updates
• To send emails you specifically asked for, such as back-in-stock alerts
• To answer your questions and handle returns
• To keep the site working, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements such as collecting sales tax
• With your consent, to measure how the site and our advertising perform

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever
• We do not share your information with data brokers
• We do not send marketing email you did not sign up for, and anything we send has an unsubscribe link that works

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us get your order to you, and only what each needs to do its job:

• Our payment processor (Braintree, a PayPal service), which handles your card so that we never have to
• Our shipping carriers, which receive your name and delivery address
• Vickerman, our supplier and warehouse, which receives order and delivery details to pack and ship your items
• The services that deliver our email and calculate your sales tax

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one that keeps your cart together while you shop, one that remembers your sign-in if you have an account, one that records your cookie choices, and - only after you consent - analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Decline those and the site works exactly the same.

Reviews

If you write a product review, the display name you choose and the review itself are public. Nothing else about you is.

Your choices

• You can see and update your details, addresses, and saved cards any time in your account
• You can shop as a guest - an email address and a shipping address are all an order needs
• You can ask us to delete your account and its information: call or email us and we will, keeping only what completed orders legally require us to retain

Security

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Card numbers go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. Access to customer information inside our company is limited to the people who need it to help you.

Children

Our site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
